Refund Policy – Apurba Studio

At Apurba Studio, we strive to deliver high-quality logo and branding designs tailored to your brand. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and when they are not.

1. General Refund Terms

By purchasing any service from Apurba Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below. Because design work involves time, creativity, and effort, refunds are only available under specific conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Before Work Begins

A full refund may be issued if:

  • You request cancellation before we start working on your project.
2.2 After Work Has Started

Refunds cannot be provided once:

  • The first draft or first logo concept has been delivered.
  • Any portion of the project has been completed.
  • We have spent design time, research time, or communication time on your project.
2.3 Final Delivery Stage

No refunds are issued after:

  • Final files are delivered
  • You approve a concept
  • Revisions are underway
  • The project has been marked complete

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be given for:

  • Change of mind after work starts
  • Delays caused by the client (late feedback, wrong information, etc.)
  • Personal preference issues after multiple revisions
  • Using the design without making full payment
  • Asking for a style different from the original brief after the work is delivered
  • Services purchased during a discount or promotional offer

4. Project Cancellation by Apurba Studio

If we must cancel a project due to:

  • Abuse
  • Unprofessional behavior
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

…then no refund will be issued for work already completed.

5. Partial Refund (Rare Cases)

A partial refund may be considered only if:

  • We are unable to start the project due to internal issues
  • A technical problem prevents us from delivering the work

These cases are extremely rare.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without following our refund process is a violation of Terms. In such cases:

  • All rights to the design remain with Apurba Studio
  • Legal action may be taken to recover losses
  • The client may be blacklisted from future services

We encourage you to contact us first — we are friendly and always willing to help.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (only if eligible), contact us at:

  • Email: designerapurba@gmail.com

Use the subject line:

“Refund Request – [Your Name / Project Name]”

Include:

  • Your name
  • Project details
  • Payment proof
  • Reason for refund

We review all refund requests within 5 business days.

8. Policy Updates

We may update or modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date.
